Enter your invention information into the downloaded forms & email back to us. Keep the Disclosure form for your records.

NOTE-Please click on a file and select SAVE to save the file to your computer-If you select OPEN, the file may open as an HTML file in a browser window & you may not be able to save changes after entering information.

There is no charge to begin the process. Payment will only be processed by a live agent once the Invention Information form has been returned to Patent-Patent@comcast.net.
